Great service and new kitchen from Howdens Eastwood

We have had a new kitchen supplied by Howdens at Eastwood. Joe was the Designer for us and he was brilliant from start to finish. He did a great kitchen design for us, and guided through the whole process which we really appreciated. He is very approachable, friendly and knowledgable, taking time to answer all our questions. The whole team at Howdens Eastwood were great too, very pleased with the service. Joe pointed us in the direction of good kitchen fitters, and the one we chose was Shaun of Just Kitchens. He and his team were excellent, and they fitted our Howdens kitchen to a very high standard. The cabinets, worktop, flooring etc look beautiful and very sturdy. We are so pleased with our new kitchen, and the service we have received from Joe and the team at Howdens Eastwood. Thank you.

Avoid Howdens Eastwood Branch at All Costs

Following my review on 18th March 2025, I am deeply disappointed that there has been no communication from Howdens. I am shocked by the lack of professionalism and the complete failure to address this issue. Given these circumstances, I will not be doing business with Howdens again, nor will I be recommending them to family, friends, or colleagues. I was advised to respond to an email from Howdens following my initial review, but all I received was an automated reply with no follow-up. It would be far more reassuring to receive a personal call to ensure that my concerns are being taken seriously and that the company is committed to resolving this issues. I have sent multiple follow-up emails requesting a response from Howdens, but I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or resolution.

From the moment we walked in to the…

From the moment we walked in to the delivery we could not fault the team. Sophie was very helpful and friendly, when the delivery arrived and there was no one around to help the unload the worktops the young man from behind the counter was there within minutes. Just how service used to be. Well done Howdens.

August Order
