Dealt with Meg by phone and email who was excellent. We moved to a house with existing Howdens kitchen and designed and purchased some additional units to match. Meg was able to search historic records to identify the existing units and then supply identical units. Howdens were on the pricier end for this but quality of what arrived was good. Back boards are fairly thin rather than 16mm which could have been better for price. Strange plinth leg fittings not designed to support the cabinet edges which is odd for load transfers. Guess they know what they are doing but i put under the sides regardless because saves a load transfer to the base panel. Would use again.

Excellent service, wonderful quality and great price.

We have recently visited Howdens Eastleigh to discuss a new kitchen. After a great meeting with Meg we decided to order both a new Howden's kitchen and quartz work top. I found the design process really easy and Meg certainly captured all our requirements and needs. The kitchen although more than we had expected to initially pay was of the highest quality and with everything you would need from a luxury new kitchen. The service and after care from Meg was exceptional and I would certainly recommend both Howdens, Eastleigh branch and definitely Meg, if you are looking for a reasonably priced high quality kitchen.

Total shambles

delivered wrong units. had to drive and pick up the right units. wrong delivery. wrong units not taken away hung out for more items not delivered. Blagged me on prices !!!!!!!!

from start to finish the whole process was made so easy, I cant thank Emma enough, from the initial appointment (which was very quick from initial request), the kitchen arriving in good time and on time, to the fit of the kitchen - a testament to the measurements taken and expert knowledge of Emma, (installed by our own carpenter/plumber). The actual product itself which has been made to a high standard and was easy to assemble. Any queries or questions we had were answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend the services of the Eastleigh branch to anyone considering using them, look no further. thank you all again, a very happy customer.
