I mostly use Eastbourne or Portslade branch. Howdens staff at both locations are always helpful and easy to deal with. Invariably have what you need in stock. Competitive prices. Can't ask for more.

I was told the item would be saved…

I was told the item would be saved because the Eastbourne store was going to ring ahead and save it. This didn't happen, although the product was in stock and available.

An excellent service by Lee

An excellent service by Lee in Eastbourne when choosing our kitchen. Lee was extremely polite and knowledgeable right from the initial home visit to when we went into the showroom to make the order. He answered any email questions promptly and was patient when we made changes to the design. He even added creative design changes that we hadn't considered. Would highly recommend him for excellent customer service.

Why not 5 stars

Why not 5 stars? Simply due to HO decision to go completely digital - no paperwork at all. So all reliance is based on verbal (ie just hope its aok with no problems - until there is.) Where does this lead to? AI next, no humans needed.

Unfortunately the quality of the kitchen is letting down the excellent service of the branch

Branch from design to delivery and helpfulness 5 star . Quality of kitchen (Witney dove grey )only 3 star at best. doors very flimsy and cheap feel .i would not put this kitchen in my house . quality only just better than Wrens and their have the worst kitchen quality out their .
