East Kilbride Kelvin branch. !!!!! Decided to give credit to all staff in the branch , Michelle, Pat, Claudia, ally. Garry, Nicola, and to the new members. Still to get to know , All work as a team and together the service is fantastic. I would not use any other company for buying my kitchens all my joinery materials. Great on product knowledge and an always give me great advice. I trust them to give the greatest results every time keeping my own customers extremely satisfied !!! Well done Kelvin guys!!! I just wanted to take the time to express our appreciation what you do for my business. Couldn’t do this without you guys. !!!!!!!

Missed sold & poor customer service

Designed & ordered a kitchen from East Kilbride breach all was well till the kitchen was delivered then the problems started. Missing cupboards, side panels dishwasher & washing machine. When phoned the store got told that the washing machine & dishwasher where removed by a kitchen fitter who we just had an quote from. Not once did we tell Howdens to REMOVE THEM & Howdens never told us they removed them. We even had a conversation about the size of the dishwasher & washing machine. Howdens told us that we'll have to speak to the fitter that just give us the quote even we paid Howdens directly, after many calls to the depot got the appliances at so called cost price with the desginer saying it would be coming out from the staff bonus. Never would use Howdens if we knew the quote never included the appliances. Has B&Q was coming out cheaper which included appliances. Very poor customer service kitchen still not completed due to missing items & appliances

Left hanging to wait for the warehouse…

Left hanging to wait for the warehouse worker to bring my items. Absolutely hate using this company. Staff are disgraceful at times. Only interested in sales. Once the transaction or order is placed the customer experience is woeful. Terrible company.
