I ordered a new kitchen when I when to…

I ordered a new kitchen when I when to build it up I had received the wrong door pack wrong door Colour, the island panels were also their wrong colour. Give me the wrong hinges. And there was a wreck missing which I had paid for and had to pay for again. There was No draw for kife and forks has to go back about five times to get the stuff as it was not it stock .had the pay the kitchen fitter to come back a extra day not happy

I receive the wrong draw pack.

I receive the wrong draw pack.it was a three pack Was supposed to be a two saucepan draw and was the wrong colour and no draw for under the over plus no draw for knife and forks have to wait to January for them I specified on my order that. I wanted a 150° hinges, but did not receive them. When to the store and got 4 packaged should have been six I had pay for a 300mm pull out basket wasn't told it was in the other but it was not so had to pay again for it . god know what else will be missing when we try to build the rest of it up not shopping with you again no happy at all

Recommend Rebecca Gardin

I met with Rebecca Gardin the kitchen designer at howdens Duncrue. Rebecca was fantastic to deal with throughout the entire process. Explained every aspect of the design thoroughly and answered all questions i had. I cannot recommend Rebecca highly enough for her work. Whilst we did not end up purchasing a kitchen from Howdens i still wished to commend Rebecca on her work.

Very disappointing customer service

Very disappointing customer service and general service from Howdens. Units fitted without the door being able to shut properly and a complete lack of communication from Howdens to get this resolved. Extremely unsatisfactory service. A formal complaint will be made.
