Great service from start to finish

The designer, Matt, was brilliant. We had to renew the kitchen in a rental property and wanted the job done quickly. He came up with a great plan and got things ordered really quickly. The staff at the depot were super efficient with a few small changes that we made as the job got under way.

Overpriced this time!!

Have been dealing with Howdens for many years and always get good service. I wanted to supply wardrobes for a customer who I bought kitchen units for 18 months ago. Sadly the "we won't be beaten on price" boast fell apart, Howdens were twice the price on very similar sets of units. The staff at Dorchester tried their best but sadly they could not match the competition. I lost the job!!

Great service

Great service, as a principal contractor we need fast delivery, in stock items are nearly always same day. On site materials measure, taken care of by our Howdens rep, this backs up our measure and cut lists. All items are delivers into the building this saves me money and time. Couldn't ask for more, well maybe, all deliveries should come with cakes, just an idea!

Delivery Issues.

Lovely door..... But was delivered to my work address, not where it should have been delivered. Was also not left in a secure location. I have been to the local branch twice now to ask it to be taken to the correct location and both times it has not happened despite promises.

Overpriced

I’ve not used Howdens that much and to be honest I’m losing all desire to shop there. I brought a set of kitchen hinges and was charged £20 for something that should cost about £5. Then today I purchased a cheap handle and latch which personally I reckon was worth about £8 but turned out to be £30. So to be fair the items I purchased was probably worth no more than £15 but I’ve ended up paying about £50.
