Turning our ordinary kitchen into exceptional. This is what Jordan and Anne at Howderns Denbigh have done. We are so pleased with our new Kitchen and the exceptional level of personal service provided. The service backed up with quality products hand picked to our specifications at a great price. Our idea coupled with their vision has really made the kitchen the heart of our home. This is our second Howderns kitchen, nothing even comes close to the quality and value for money.

On entering the store I was greeted by…

On entering the store I was greeted by Jordan in the Denbigh branch he we discussed my needs at length and he even spoke to my joiner to make sure all was correct before deliver. Well pleased.

Brilliant customer service

Amazing customer service !!.. Anne who works in kitchen department was very helpful .. showed us both samples of kitchens and put a plan up on a big screen to get a better image of design .. we did change things a few times but it wasn’t any problem.. can’t thank you enough..couldn’t fault Howdens in anyway !! Will defiantly be using them for all building materials we need !!

Helpful and efficient

I bought wood flooring with underlay and beading as well as internal doors. It was a great customer experience - knowledgeable and friendly staff who guided me to the right products for the job. Would highly recommend!

The doors are fine just had an issue…

The doors are fine just had an issue with the till staff if she had taken her eyelashes off she could have seen the mistake she had done we are all human and make mistakes however just admit rather than huffing at us

Contacted Howdens at Denbigh for some extras for my recent kitchen project, items not in stock but contacted me back within 10 mins and managed to fast track item for the next day Not my nearest branch but this branch goes the extra mile Well done guys & girls

Really good help from the designer

Really good help from the designer. Listened to everything I said and then very gently guided me to a good design - very pleased and although the installation is not yet completed the quality of the cabinets is evident. I highly recommend.
