Poor customer service

I sent my needs by email but your team didn't order what I'd requested, meaning delays and frustration. When I rang to discuss I was told that "things like this happens ". Not a great response. No chance of an apology or giving a damn

Dishwasher broke down 6 months after…

Dishwasher broke down 6 months after the purchase. When called an engineer for repairs, we were told that he would attend 8 am to 6 pm and we would be notified of the time slot on the day. Chased at 3.30 pm and were told that he allegedly turned up between 7 am and 8.30 am but no one was in, which is impossible as it's an office building and reception is open from 6 am. When complained, operator responded "oh well, sometimes they turn up early", which would have been fine if we didn't have to rebook and forced to wait for yet another week for the engineer to turn up. He lied about "attending" and no one tried to address the issue. Not happy at all, terrible customer service and not reliable appliances. Avoid

We use to get free stuff like pads…

We use to get free stuff like pads pencils and when we ordered kitchens we would get a free installers pack which included silicone mitre bond screws masking tape router bits now we get nothing will look elsewhere soon had £40 worth of kitchens in the last year plus other stuff
