Great kitchen designs and service

We buy numerous kitchens as a local builder from Howdens - Copley hill and we a very impressed with friendly/helpful counter staff and excellent kitchen designs. Highly recommend.

Really pleasant welcome and very helpful in discussing my joinery needs. Offered alternative solutions as awkward sizes for alternative doors. I suffer from Adhd and Charlotte offered to have our discussion in a private room with no noise distractions which helped me a great deal. Thank you Charlotte. Steve pushed through the account set up to access my account on line as well which was fantastic

Our dream kitchen

This branch and its staff honestly made our year and gave us the kitchen of our dreams! After numerous house renovations (and disasters) we were leaving the kitchen until last as we were dreading it! However Leanne, Ibbi and the team at howdens made the process so simple and easy we wish we had done it sooner! Leanne the assistant manager is fab! Her communication throughout was excellent ensuring the kitchen was all delivered when we wanted it so it all went smooth sailing and she made us feel very valued customers- nothing was too much hassle and we never felt we were been pushed into buying anything at all- totally our choice! (Not like the other kitchen places we visited)! She always greeted us with a huge smile and warm welcome! Ibbi the kitchen designer is great! Didn’t feel rushed and it felt like he got to know us as people to really understand what we wanted out of the kitchen- my partner said my ‘dream’ kitchen would not be doable in the space we had, I wanted lots of hidden spaces for storage, but Ibbi wasn’t fazed by my requests and he made my dream a reality! We even have a funny corner shape we thought would have to be boxed off and wasted but he turned it into my favourite storage corner with no wasted space! I would highly recommend this branch of howdens- the staff are fabulous, the branch itself is clean and tidy and plenty on show and they put the customer first.

Yet again products ordered were quite poor quality 3mm difference in height on 70 mm upstands just between two pieces ordered. Numerous issues with previous orders and their quality. Prices seem to go up and quality seems to go down at Howdens. Seem to be more focused on profits than actual products and service. Last order I placed with them unfortunately.

I was incredibly happy with my kitchen…

I was incredibly happy with my kitchen from Howdens Copley. From the seamless design stage with the help of Tom, right up to delivery and fitting. I spoke to Lucy after a minor error with my order and she had the issue rectified within a couple of hours. Kitchen quality is great and the whole process was made a lot less stressful with the staff in Howdens.
