Team effort

We had two kitchens to fit plus additional flooring and doors .Two houses. The staff at colindale really helped so much .quotes sent back ASAP we returned parts of kitchen all problems resolved without bany fuss.materials carried out to the van everyone was so helpful. I have to give a mention to Marie-chantal was the one that organised everything. Great work the job is nearly finished and it's all good.thanks to howdens

Poor Service

Had to purchase an additional unit as surveyor did not measure the room correctly. Kitchen was booked for delivery on a Saturday by the Colindale Branch, 20 minutes notice of change to Friday with no other option. Short delivery of hinges which branch made us pay for additional when advised as not notified on delivery, no chance to check on delivery as driver could not get a way quick enough. I would not use this branch again. Kitchen quality is great, very happy with the finish. Use another branch.

Peter the manager has been so…

Peter the manager has been so efficient, helpful and patient tracking down and ordering ‘old’ parts for my kitchen taps, that were fitted with the sink unit we bought from Howdens some years ago. He has kept tabs on the order over several weeks without reminding, when only part of the order was delivered at first. His colleagues are also very friendly and have kept me in touch with helpful telephone calls. Sheila

As always a lovely experience. This is the second time I’ve had a Kitchen designed by Dinesh. So happy with the final design! His knowledge of the stock and options and his creativity and kindness make you feel like he’s as invested in your kitchen as you are!
