howdens has always been very helpful…

howdens has always been very helpful with my kitchen fitting requirements be it big or small they do try and beat prices and will come to your home and help you design your kitchen whilst giving you helpful tips regarding the design. they have a good customer service and will happily replace anything that might not meet your standards for example if you notice a small scratch on a unit they will simply replace it no questions asked.

Matt kitchen quality is terrible and customer service is appalling

Matt kitchen quality is terrible, grease marks are obvious everyday. Cleaning makes no difference, even if I follow the Howdens guidelines. My Mum spent 1000s on this kitchen, and she is in her late seventies and Howdens believe it is acceptable to clean your kitchen everyday and still look smeery and greasy. Customer service is appalling, builder has been very helpful, Howdens customers beware as they haven't even come out to inspect it (it's 10 mins away). Let me be clear, I have purchased many howdens kitchens in the past but never again. Don't go near them, when it goes wrong, they honestly don't care. Lost there way, forgotten that they have customers.
