bad all round experience

Had to wait to be served. Just ignored when arrived no greeting like Hi be with you shortly. As though I did not exist. Two men brought out the order. Not a word from either. Ordered prefinished doors but not finished on the edges. All rough and not painted. Don't you expect a prefinished door to be finished all round not just the two faces. Skirting board with foot prints. All round a bad experience sorry. Customer service and experience surely is the number one priority?

howdens has always been very helpful…

howdens has always been very helpful with my kitchen fitting requirements be it big or small they do try and beat prices and will come to your home and help you design your kitchen whilst giving you helpful tips regarding the design. they have a good customer service and will happily replace anything that might not meet your standards for example if you notice a small scratch on a unit they will simply replace it no questions asked.
