THE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THE OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE ARE VERY HELPFULL, FRIENDLY AND POLITE. NOTHING SEENS TO MUCH TROUBLE. ITS A PLEASURE GOING THERE, AND THE COFFEE IS SUPERB.

Ordering was easy, beautiful kitchen

Ordering was easy, I booked a slot at the showroom & we went through our kitchen requirements. This is the 3rd kitchen we’ve bought for our property rentals, they look great, are hard wearing & stylish. Delivery was quick & any issues we’ve had in the past have been resolved immediately, ie missing screws.

Martin was an excellent kitchen…

Martin was an excellent kitchen designer, he had some great ideas but also listened to our wishes and we worked together well to produce our dream kitchen. He was always approachable, professional and always accommodating with any changes we wanted. Thoroughly recommend Martin to anyone considering having a new kitchen.

Martin had some great ideas on our new kitchen refurb/redesign. He helped us work with several options , and showed HUGE professionalism and flexibility with several designs. Eventually coming up with a very aggressive pricing which we were very happy with. I'd have no problem being a reference for his design services , and even showing our new kitchen

Very poor

Terrible customer service

The staff in the Howdens Chepstow branch are absolutely useless! I’ve dealt with many other Howdens branches and the staff have gone above and beyond to help and offer up their wide product knowledge. This is completely different to when you visit the Chepstow Branch, they all sit at their computers and slowly move (at a snails pace) over to the till when customers come in. They send offers through and then when you go to branch no one knows what the manager has sent out. There’s no product knowledge amongst the staff or the want to help customers. It feels like you’re a chore. Next time I will be going to the Newport branch!!!
