Fantastic experience from start to finish ! Georgia is an incredibly insightful design professional who will solve all your kitchen problems and make all your dreams come true ! There is nothing she doesn't know and if she can't do it, no one can ! I really couldn't recommend Howdens and Georgia in particular enough, she is a living legend and you are in very safe and intelligent hands with her. Don't even give it a second though, book your appointment today !

Very pleased with design and presentation, Georgia was very helpful and easily solved any awkward space issues. Having a link with trusted installers meant that any alterations needed during the build were facilitated immediately. The quality of build and fitting is very good. The fitters were great too. Very happy with our kitchen, Paul and Iris.

Quality kitchen and amazing customer service

Very pleased with our new Howdens kitchen and so impressed with our kitchen planner Nassy, at Howdens Charlton. From the first time we met Nassy she was friendly, took time to ask about what we wanted from our kitchen and made very helpful suggestions. Nassy is very knowledgeable and very professional. Nassy took time to explain her plan for our kitchen to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. It was clear that Nassy takes huge pride in her work and is very customer focus to make sure we were happy and our new kitchen is perfect for us. When we visited the Charlton store we found the staff welcoming and friendly. We are extremely pleased with the quality and design of our new kitchen and highly recommend Howdens and Nassy. Great customer service & After sales service

I need to call out what great customer service & after sales service, I received from Howden's, Charlton, London SE7. We needed to replace an Alvo chrome, pull out tap which we bought last year, this was due to the neck of the tap "popping" out of it's housing. As it was within the Howden's guarantee, I called the branch explained the situation and as advised, sent photo's of proof of purchase & the tap. Next day I received an email from Steve Westgate, branch manager asking me to call him & discuss. Although he hadn't encountered a similar issue before, he didn't doubt I was being genuine. He offered to supply a new neck with relevant parts and when this was delayed, advised me that rather than wait and leave us without a working kitchen tap, he would supply a new replacement tap! This was absolutely excellent customer service from start to finish. I would have no doubt in purchasing from this branch again and would highly recommend them to local traders and customers.
