Cattedown always great service.

Fantastic service again from Cattedown branch. Jane looked after us from the initial meeting right up to after the kitchen was fitted. We also bought all our oak doors from them and various other bits during our appt refurb. This is the third time we have used Cattedown and they really are a great bunch of people to deal with. Always friendly polite and fun.

Great service

We ordered our Kitchen and some appliances from Howdens Cattedown, Plymouth. The service we received was amazing! Jane, was super patient and helpful with the design and order of our kitchen. We also received fantastic service from Don, when he had a query over a year later! Highly recommend Howdens, Cattedown and thank you again, especially to Jane and Don!

Howdens Cattedown, best depot in Plymouth!

I’ve been using Howdens Cattedown depot since it opened. All the staff are friendly and professional. Special mention and thanks to Shaun on the counter and to Jane who designs the kitchens for my customers and looks after them.

Disgraceful service

Disgraceful service, poor kitchen flooring & blamed everyone but themselves, washed their hands of any help in rectifying the situation. Apparently kitchen floors aren’t built to take Fridges, even though the problem happened 6 months before the fridge was installed. Then tried to blame the installers, when it was fine when it was first laid. I would never recommend Howdens as they didn’t bother to help customers rectify problems and they don’t take responsibility for faults in their products.
