Howdens kitchen experience.

I have been very pleased with my experience with Howdens. My first point of contact on Sunday evening was a quick email enquiry, a young man called Elliot rang the next morning and arranged to come out to measure. He rang to say the plans were done and would we like to go in and take a look at his proposal. We went on Friday morning had a few tweeks done, went back in the afternoon and by tea time had a new kitchen ordered. The service we received from Elliot couldn't have been better. He was very professional, friendly concise and honest. Great experience. Thank you.

Imy kitchen project was designed

Imy kitchen project was designed, purchased and delivered all through my local Cardigan branch. From start to delivery customer service has been excellent.helful and friendly, if I need anything I know I can rely on the local branch to sort it out. Very good people to work with. Will recommend to anyone considering a project. Lovely design by the way.

Speed and efficiency of both designer and fitter.

The speed in which I was able to get a quote and the designer listened to my needs and didn't pressurise me into buying more than I needed or more than I wanted to pay. Elliot was very understanding and available to get hold of when I needed help or advice. The list of fitters was very helpful too. The first one didn't reply. The second one, Lee, I contacted got back straight away and did the job efficiently. Again, ready to help me and gave me confidence in my part too.
