Rip off

I priced a kitchen with you. It was very expensive so I asked for further discount to bring it in line with what I thought was a favourable price. I was told nothing could be done. I went to Travis Perkins and a similar kitchen was £2200 cheaper. Do not advertise "will not be beaten on price" when you are a third more expensive than your competitor

Do your self a favour Howdens and ditch the course ,aggressive, neanderthal behind your Cardiff (tyndal st branch) counter this morning. I went instead to the Llanishen branch and was assisted by the most able and professional Cloe. My faith has been restored.

Unfortunately!

Unfortunately, the graphite kitchen was discontinued and we had to revert to Charcoal and tried saving the inner carcass. So literally, a new look kitchen with a mixture of old an new carcass. The initial design and delivery was fine but when we went to complete the kitchen, took weeks to get a few bits and bobs to complete the kitchen. The person handling our order was helpful initially but eventually become rather ignorant. The dishwasher hose leaked all over our floor, a pinhole in a new hose, didn't even get a replacement, went and bought our own. Had to complain about drawer brackets which I eventually got after 3 weeks. It was hard work which shouldn't have been the case.
