Absolutely and single handedly thee…

Absolutely and single handedly thee worst company to deal with , I've been in the building industry for 20 plus years and never delt with such an unprofessional, uncooperative company as they are. And don't even get me started with the accounts department ,2 of the rudest women I've had the displeasure of talking too over all a big fat 0 out of 10 from me Can I just add its not the employees at the local depot that I go to but the management higher up, that have this blatant disregard for there customers. All my complains are aimed at the main office not the local branch

Purchased large kitchen and appliance's. All was delivered and complete on the date agreed and all in good order. Dealing with staff very pleasant and great to deal with. I’ve used Howdens for over a decade and always had lots of help and support.

I've been using howdens for over 15…

I've been using howdens for over 15 years and today the Bury branch lost one of the best assistant managers that they had shona . She always gave me 💯 % and more when ever I came to order she worked above and beyond to make sure my orders were correct and on time this is a big loss for the company a loss that senior management should not of let happen

A tricky start

After a really tricky start with Howdens we got there in the end but only because of the fabulous customer service and respect shown from Shona at Bury Branch.
