We’ve just had our kitchen and appliances fitted and installed - and it looks incredible! We had the measurements taken, and the kitchen drawn up and designed by Katie at Howdens Bromsgrove who did an exceptional job. We had a huge space, with lots of requests and requirements, such as making as much use of the space as possible, certain colours as well as specific appliances. Katie did an absolutely superb job and the kitchen looks sensational! It’s exactly what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier!!

Fantastic service

From initial communication to the very end Michelle has been fantastic. She has gone above and beyond to get the issue fixed. All in all it took around a week to have an engineer out to look at our oven to a new one arriving and the very next day Adrian was back to fit it. Fantastic service. Great communication and extremely happy with the end result. Thank you Michelle and also to Adrian the engineer.

Exemplary Service, Product Quality and Customer Care.

I cannot fault any of the Customer Services provided by the team at Howdens, Bromsgrove. From the initial kitchen design package offered to providing the highest standard quality of units as promised the service was exemplary. I did have an issue with the worktops but this was immediately rectified by Michelle the Customer Services Manager to my complete satisfaction without having to undergo any . form of blame culture and threats of further action. I must admit the overall help and assistance throughout the whole purchase was second to none and I would like to offer my very sincere thanks to the whole team.
