Friendly, professional and accommodating

I recently dealt with Alisha at the Bridgwater branch and I have to say, she went above and beyond to get my delivery to me. The delivery guy (unfortunately I didn't get his name), delivered my order at the end of what was no doubt a very busy day and was very polite and accommodating. I cannot thank the team at Howdens Bridgwater enough.

Great Service, Before, During and After Purchase.

They may be a national company, but the Bridgwater branch gave me the service I would only normally expect from a small local suppler. The staff are friendly and efficient and very knowledgeable. From the initial design of our kitchen by Eloise to the final delivery they gave nothing but excellent service. We are also more than happy with the quality of the items we purchased. It turns out their after-sales service is also superb, with Alicia organising the replacement of a couple of items that were faulty, quickly and without any fuss. I thoroughly recommend this company.
