Great customer service

Great customer service - even for a part I had to replace on the kitchen. Staff & designers really helpful. Would have been 5* but instructions could be more specialiised for kitchens due to the sheer number of variants (perhaps you should get a pack of instructions to suit individual kitchens, thus saving you the time sifting the wheat from the chaff with the manual (which is generic))
