Absolute Disgrace.

B&Q beat Howdens last kitchen price by £600! It was a like for like kitchen but Howdens wouldn’t price match even though they are supposed to price match guarantee! Dealt with Howdens multiple times and Kris has been lovely ringing to seek our business again saying they won’t be beaten on price, when we rang back just now Lee has said for us to go to B&Q instead! I said Kris has told me to ring but he was not at all bothered! When I mentioned the Haslingdon Howdens Branch (who approached me while I was working) who said they will beat Bolton on the cost, Lee said that’s because they don’t sell many kitchens so will undercut anyone. Wow, so unprofessional. Will never use them again now, terrible experience!

As I’ve said before when I’ve bought…

As I’ve said before when I’ve bought internal doors the quality of the timber edging is very bad,having jointed pieces of timber with the grain goingbb be in different directions,it’s a shame the quality of the edging is not as good as the staff at the Bolton branch they get 10 out of 10 the door edges get 2out of 10,I am now considering buying my doors from elsewhere in the future

Ordered online 3doors payed for them and they were carried out to the car and placed on the roof for me by a very polite warehouse worker excellent service this was my first transaction with the company and will certainly use them in future thank you Howdens
