Excellent planning by Rob Harvey.

Rob Harvey designed our kitchen and adapted it as our building work progressed. Nothing was too much trouble and he even advised our builders such that our kitchen fitted in perfectly. We are more than pleased with the outcome and would certainly recommend Rob without hesitation. Excellent service! This is a bit belated but we really meant to do it a while ago but only just found somewhere to add comments.

Staff in the warehouse were absolutely…

Staff in the warehouse were absolutely usless ! End up waiting over 30-45 minutes to get stuff picked up! If your lucky. Staff behind the counter are extremely good and so are the design team. Just a shame about the people on the warehouse floor.

always a pleasant experience at howdens…

always a pleasant experience at howdens Radstock. I was surprised that having ordered parliament hinges online, when I went to pick them up was told that I had only ordered one hinge so I added a second Hinge to the order and was then handed a box of two hinges. Seemed a little strange, when do people normally buy a single hinge!

Very good service from Bishopsworth

Very good service from Bishopsworth branch but unfortunately one worktop was damaged by what seemed to be a tie down strap in transit and once fitted the extractor hood did not work.
