Great service

We wanted new kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts on a rented property in Bideford. They came promptly and nothing was too much trouble. One manager even popped straight over to us so we could fill in the account forms to save us time. Delivery came promptly on the day scheduled. Very helpful knowledgeable staff and very good prices

A 1st Class Service

We requested an estimate for some laminate worktops and we received this straight away. We also requested a specific delivery date and time when placing the order and this was scheduled perfectly. The delivery took place on time and we have completed the job without any problems. Thank you to the entire team at the Bideford branch..... a 1st class service. Welbourn Furniture.

Credit where Credit is Due

Very warm welcome into the Bideford branch from the whole team working on each visit for our customer nothing was too much for any one of them to answer a question. Our kitchen designer Brendon was very patient with the customer when they completely change the layout of the kitchen and the colour doors and inner cupboard colour. Brendan made them feel relaxed, and at ease throughout the whole process of designing and re-designing the kitchen. Then upon the delivery of units the two delivery gentlemen were very respectfully /courteous and patient, whilst the heavens opened up with hailstones / high winds they got soaking wet.

Worked out very expensive!

Great service and good kitchen units but the units bought turned out to be more expensive than we realised. 45% discount was still very expensive for a trade price! Our fault - we should have checked the final price more carefully before confirming the order
