I have been a kitchen fitter for more than 10 years and dealt with all the big company’s, however none of them compare to Howden’s. I have also dealt with a a lot of Howden’s branches throughout Scotland and the only branch I cannot fault and highly recommended is The bellshill branch. (Barry) the kitchen designer who has done over 100 hundred kitchen designs for us has always gotten the design perfect and I’ve never had any issues dealing with him. The warehouse staff are always on the ball with my orders and I always have everything I need from the day of fitting, and if I do have any issues the office staff have it resolved within 24 hours. Highly Recommended !!

Used them for over 10 Years - BRILLIANT!!

I have used Howdens for over 10 years and I cannot recommend them highly enough! John at the Bellshill Branch is unbelievably helpful and is the most knowledgeable designer I’ve met. One of the great things about Howdens, compared with High Street Kitchen Retailers, is their technical knowledge and after sales care. You can speak directly to anyone in branch and never have to deal with “customer services” in another part of the world. Another great thing about them, is that you can usually walk away with all items you require and don’t need to wait weeks upon weeks for products to be ordered in. I cannot recommend them enough and genuinely don’t understand why people would buy elsewhere. Good job Howdens Bellshill!

Great all round experience

All the staff are really helpful and in particular, Sammy, who plans my kitchens, Jim who sorts out my needs at the desk, both are keen to offer advice with no pressure sales, gerry and chris in the warehouse are always happy to see you and are super organised, great banter too but very professional, I always enjoy my visits whether it’s once a week or once a year I’m always made very welcome and it’s much appreciated
