Great service let down slightly

Great service only issue was didn't deliver fridge/freezer cabinet which lead to a lot of head scratching, bit once realised it was still in warehouse they delivered immediately

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever, stood in the shop area for 10 mins waiting to talk to someone, no sign of anyone, I noticed a guy in the store area, when I asked a question about worktop,he told me he had no time to talk, and that I’d just have to wait, told me to have a look in the brochure

Disappointing

The depot were helpful. But I had to make multiple contacts with Howdens as no one really followed anything up. At the end I had to go to social media. End resolution wasn’t particularly satisfactory.
