A discerning customer with a lot of options to create a one off sewing room meant there was a lot of back and forth. Lee and Tors helped me help them and they are over the moon with the result. Richard on deliveries went above and beyond as the sewing room was up stairs. Brilliant service all round!

Excellent customer service

Had a fitted kitchen from them 2+ years ago and the dishwasher has developed a fault. Rang to see if it was still under Warranty and spoke to a very nice man called James who was so cheery and helpful. He checked all the paperwork and has arranged for someone to come and look at it as it is under warranty. Howdens should be very proud of James for his friendliness and professionalism.

James and my dishwasher

I phoned Howdens as my old dishwasher in one of their fitted kitchens had gone wrong. After speaking to James we agreed the best thing was to order a new one as it would be cheaper than having the old one repaired. James ordered it late Monday morning and gave me the name of a plumber, by Tuesday afternoon the dishwasher was delivered and fitted. I am very happy with the service he provided to me. Lesley
