The staff were all very accommodating, and Aaron in particular provided us with a service that was second to none, measuring, designing and pricing our potential kitchen in no time. They only want the sale from you & lie…

They only want the sale from you & lie about products they supposedly do to get the sale! Not interested in getting the whole order to you in one go, charge delivery & then you have to collect some of order, no urgency in rectifying damaged or wrong product!!

Howdens (south) Ashford Kent. Absolute joke! Lie to get custom! Fob you off with rubbish, useless supplies! Customer service is the worse I’ve encountered in 40 years working as a builder, kitchen fitter! Do yourself a favour & use a different company!!! Honestly do NOT use them !!!!!!

I was told that all the parts of the kitchen would be delivered to the customer by Monday afternoon or evening but didn’t happen and is now being delivered tomorrow Friday four days later
