Just wanted to say how happy I was with the experience and kindness from Howden’s in Ashford. I dealt with a lady called Catalin Evans. He was very professional and took her time to talk me through some of the products that I was looking for. Anybody going to the shop in Ashford? Highly recommend to talk to Catalin

Eddie’s the man!

After visiting Howdens at Ashford south branch and having a really bad experience with the useless staff, I then went to Howdens in Cobbs Wood Ashford and Eddie greated me on arrival, he was so helpful and went above and beyond to get all the items I needed, I’ve since been back again and Eddie was so polite and helpful yet again, thank you so much!

Damaged worktop due to poor delivery. Left outside in the rain, still waiting for my items. Very disappointed

About the poor service I have experienced with my recent order. The delivery was not made on time, causing significant inconvenience. Additionally, when the worktop was finally delivered, it was left outside in the rain and on cement, resulting in damage. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for the remaining items to be delivered. This delay has caused me to lose valuable time, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism in handling my order. I expect an urgent resolution, including the immediate delivery of my pending items
