Good first order experience for me. Edward, your customer contact, was very helpful and positive and helped us order the correct items. Delivery was very good, my order came when predicted and the driver was very helpful with the unloading. All the items supplied were correct and damage free. A good job all round by your people. He was very professional and took her time to talk me through some of the products that I was looking for. Anybody going to the shop in Ashford? Highly recommend to talk to Catalin

Eddie’s the man!

After visiting Howdens at Ashford south branch and having a really bad experience with the useless staff, I then went to Howdens in Cobbs Wood Ashford and Eddie greated me on arrival, he was so helpful and went above and beyond to get all the items I needed, I’ve since been back again and Eddie was so polite and helpful yet again, thank you so much!
