Damaged goods on pick up

Damaged goods on pick up. no driver to replace item so had to go to another Howdens myself ,very poor customer service to resolve this . Why items are not checked in warehouse for damage prior to pickup? God only knows

Kitchen. Ashby store is friendly with a good display of built designs. We now love our new two toned kitchen. However, proceed with caution. Make sure your space measurements and their measurements match up. Double check what you order. E.g., does it have a back to the unit? Does the draw have suitable sides? See the depth of the units you order? Is it fit for purpose? The quality of the material. Find your own fitter. Howdens do not guarantee or necessarily know the workmanship of the fitter. The notice board in the depot is not policed. Matt (early desk) and Nathaniel (late desk) were the only competent and helpful staff we dealt with. Thank you to them.

Well done Howdens

I was kindly greeted by Nathaniel. I wanted to order some doors,he made it so easy for me and was super helpful from start to finish. He talked me through hinges and handles and I found the whole process easy to order and the doors I wanted was in stock and we took them home straight away. I am not very good at choosing but Nathaniel was brilliant and very patient. I returned the next day to order a few more and Dale was also happy to help,in stock too which was a bonus.

Great experience every time I go…

Great experience every time I go Howdens at Ashby. The service is great and there knowledge and communication is also second to none in comparison to most DIY stores. I'd like to highlight Nate who helped me with my most recent orders. He's a great lad really chirpy and gives you good vibes whilst in store. Thanks again Howdens you have great products and great staff!!
