We’ve just spent 2 hours with Jess at…

We’ve just spent 2 hours with Jess at Howdens Llangefni. I have the attention span of a kid in a toy store, but the time flew buy. Osian had pre designed our kitchen, then we changed the doors, colour, worktops added a larder, worked in a peninsula, then changed the cooker and hood moved and resized the fridge, enjoyed the coffee and biscuits, delivery in 3 weeks, our fitter was pre booked the week after. Over the years we’ve tried the others but I’ve walked out after the first 30 minutes of incompetent CAD and hard sell, this was different level, - knowledge, ability and understanding !! Premium service and patience all delivered on budget, with a smile Thank You Dave & Deb

The team are fantastic to deal with

The team are fantastic to deal with, Casey, Osian and Anna....and the delivery man (don't know his name), but he was a lovely, very hardworking man. The whole experience of buying a new kitchen was great from start to finish. No hesitation recommending them.

Excellent experience with Howdens Llangefni, first time ive used them, kitxhen designer Angharad was very helpful, offering advice and explaining the proces. Kitchen arrived on sote within a week of ordering, carefully delivered and complete. Will be using again.

Excellent customer service from Charlotte

I visited Howdens, Llangefni, Anglesey, with my wife to purchase new interior doors. We went with an idea of what we were going to buy, and were dealt with by Charlotte. She was excellent with us - ascertaining what we wanted and then making sure we were aware of all the choices available. This probably made her job more difficult as we took an age to make a final choice. However Charlotte was very patient with us, answered all our questions, was professional and did not pressure us into making a quick decision. When a decision was finally made, I felt that Charlotte gave us a good deal price-wise. We are very pleased with our doors, which have now been fitted. I am pleased with the quality of the product purchased and thank you to Charlotte for guiding us through the purchase process in such an exemplary manner.
