Avoid.

I financed a large volume of cabinets as part of the renovations of a healthcare clinic. Unfortunately there was an error with the details on the invoice and Howdens were unwilling despite previous reassurances to correct this. This resulted in an enormous amount of unnecessary stress and the renegotiation of a finance policy leaving me out of pocket and a potential negative strike in terms of credit. I would avoid this company, one of the least helpful and unnecessarily stressful consumer experiences I have ever had, particularly given the volume purchased.

In over 25 plus years of using Howdens uk I have visited 71 branches during that time and I must say Howdens Altrincham Manchester is definitely number 1. . Every single staff member are always happy smiling and very welcoming every time my self or my staff go in there , they always bend over backwards to help anyone out . The working happiness they all so brightens up your day as a Customer.
