We purchased our new kitchen from Alnwick store Alex came out and listened to what we wanted and managed to design a kitchen with all that we wanted she was very helpful and knowledgeable . AC joinery are recommended by Howdens and Tony and his expert team did everything to a very high standard we are absolutely delighted with the quality and workmanship and the whole experience

It was frankly hard work buying a…

It was frankly hard work buying a kitchen from howdens. They ordered the wrong bits (even though it was all on their own plan) failed to supply other bits and then wanted to charge me an extra £275 for the privilege of them getting it right and delivering the kitchen they’d designed. Poor. I was shy of ordering any Lamona appliances but I had no choice but to order the Lamona wine fridge. Needless to say it hasn’t lasted 14 months before it packed up. Now awaiting a repair under warranty that was like pulling hens teeth to arrange. Avoid Lamona products at all costs I’d say. I’ve not heard anything good about them. I give them 3 stars simply because the cabinets are v good quality.
