Kitchen Purchase

We had a really good experience when purchasing a kitchen from Howdens at Aberystwyth. Peter was very helpful and professional and assisted greatly in planning the kitchen. He also assisted with the measurements and storage until we were in a better position to accept delivery. Many thanks to him and to the rest of the Aberystwyth staff for their understanding and kindness.

Howdens Aberystwyth Review

Howdens Aberystwyth have just supplied us with replacement Kitchen Doors and Drawers, from my first visit to their branch I was very impressed with their customer service, We then had a home visit from Colin to design the replacements for us which was excellent ,a very quick delivery service on the day stated when ordering ,delivered by Jack ,and during the fitting process I rang two or three times for advice ,nothing was too much trouble with help from all the staff when needed, Many thanks to Colin, Jack ,Michelle and all the staff at Aberystwyth Branch. I would thoroughly recommend this branch to anyone .

I had fantastic customer service from Howdens Aberystwyth. There was a problem some months after fitting the kitchen and Colin and Jack came out to have a look and worked out what the problem was and advised accordingly. I needed to order a piece which was in stock and it was all sorted. I can't fault the after sales care and the way customers are treated with value. Thank you so much.

We called our local depot and spoke to the salesperson regarding a new larder fridge. The salesperson was really helpful and within 24 hours the fridge was being delivered. The whole service was very professional and the delivery person was friendly, helpful and professional. A brilliant service all round.

Invoking a warranty

After a handful of years a couple of our internal door handles ceased to function correctly. I contacted Howdens Oswestry who got straight onto the problem and put me through to Howdens Aberystwyth from where the handles came originally. Howdens honoured the warranty without quibble and bent over backwards to source similar handles (now out of stock) and when they couldn`t find any, gave me a full refund and links to similar handles at other companies. Everything was done very swiftly and with kindness and courtesy. Thanks to Lewis and Jack.
