Poor Quality Kitchen

Had my new kitchen fitted in November 2022 and was initially happy, however have had several issues since then and would not recommend Howdens. Cabinet doors are damaged, cutlery drawer front keeps falling off, metal poles in pan drawers keep breaking, freezer drawers cracked, there is a dent in the end boarrd, we have frequent pools of water in bottom of fridge, cabinet doors have come away from fridge and freezer, there is a chip on the induction hob and the sink has scratches. The quality seems lacking and it is incredibly disappointing after such a short space of time.

We had a kitchen design done by Damian…

We had a kitchen design done by Damian at Howdens, Ann St , Aberdeen and then more recently a fitted wardrobe design by Paulina at the same branch. We are delighted with both designs and very happy with the outcomes. All the staff at the branch have been kind and helpful and go the extra mile to make your experience a good one. We would certainly recommend Howdens after our dealings with them. Many thanks

Great service. Mike at Howdens Birkenhead arranged an appointment for me to come in and discuss and choose my new kitchen, and designed it beautifully. Nick Bristow was my kitchen fitter (fabulous) . All was delivered and fitted in a few days with very little inconvenience. I am very happy with my kitchen and the service I received. Would highly recommend.

Top notch

Great service and delivery which they went beyond the point of customer service Jane was ace and dropped off item ( only a small item ) but none the less , item was wrong but very quickly dealt with by Tanya and again item communication was top notch from the pair of them me however not so much as I’m very busy , but we managed to sort it out , can’t thank them enough keep up the good work In Aberdeen and I will get more things from you again im the near future ….. thank you kind regards Shane
